Overview

The regional revitalization projects we support involve collaborating with local businesses to unlock their potential and discover new value, thereby promoting regional development. AtKOGEISHA, we have been actively engaged in these efforts for many years as part of our commitment to contribute to society.

We have long been involved in supporting regional revitalization projects.

The term "regional revitalization" encompasses a wide range of activities, but in this context, it refers to creating an environment that fosters business opportunities and expands sales channels for local businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises.

Specifically, our primary role involves the planning, construction, and management of events like exhibitions and product fairs, which serve as platforms to connect local businesses with consumers.

However, simply providing a place for sales and negotiations is not enough.

The reality is that participating in such events is not always beneficial for local businesses.

Many regional businesses follow traditional methods and operate on a small scale, producing rare specialty goods unique to their areas.

As a result, when comparing the benefits of participating with the costs of transportation and product shipment, it often becomes unprofitable. Even if they manage to secure large-scale distribution channels, their production capacity may not be able to keep up, leading to missed opportunities.

To create an environment where both businesses and visitors can fully benefit from the event, we must consider questions such as, "Will major department store buyers be attending?" or "Is the target audience general consumers?" Additionally, we need to take into account the cost-effectiveness for participating businesses and coordinate accordingly.

For this reason, we assign dedicated staff for each region, who work directly with local businesses and municipalities to offer advice and support throughout the process of preparing for exhibitions.

This is all part of the preparation phase.

When the actual event takes place, it becomes a place where urban consumers and major department store buyers gather.

To help regional businesses effectively appeal to these visitors, we provide comprehensive consulting on display techniques, presentation methods, packaging, and sales strategies, involving specialists as needed. We take charge of the overall production of their sales and market expansion efforts.

Additionally, we conduct product evaluations, surveys, and feedback collection to analyze the results, ensuring that we continually improve the way we present the businesses. We research the best strategies for promoting, attracting, and selling products, tailored to the needs of each regional business. This helps us refine the advice and production we offer.

Through these ongoing efforts, we have accumulated extensive knowledge about various businesses, regions, and market trends. We also possess vast amounts of data and have developed PR strategies and sales techniques that are perfectly suited to these different contexts.

Today, we leverage this knowledge to assist in all aspects of revitalization, from connecting local businesses for product development and improving existing products to PR strategies, including media exposure on TV.

It is through these tireless efforts toward regional revitalization that we have gained the expertise we have today.

This expertise is our unique strength, and utilizing it is part of our mission to contribute to society.
